Josh basically rebuilt our 100 year old crawlspace. He acquired the proper permits and everything looked perfect after the inspections from the town and the engineer. Josh was always here when he said he would be and walked us through every phase. His prices are very fair as well. He has also done some other odds and ends around the house for us.
